Open Box uses a variety of methods to get useful feedback
quickly & frequently. These include:
- Mock-ups (Graphic and/or wire frame)
Users often don't realize all that they know, but when
they see how the system will work and can click through
it, additions and/or modifications can be made very
early in the process, leading to a successful outcome
- Design Matrix
Open Box uses a tool called the Design Matrix,
particularly for web sites and web applications. This Matrix is a way to assist our clients define the audiences that will come to their site and
what those audiences need from it. It also helps define a phased development plan that
integrates future needs.
- Rapid prototypes
We frequently deploy prototypes to our clients in order to get rapid
feedback. In this way we can incorporate changes as we go along.
- Early stage user testing
- Module development with frequent releases
