Druxy’s Famous Delis

Druxy’s originally bought our commercial web product for franchisors and have since worked with us for additional web application projects including the redevelopment of their entire website. We continue to work with them on an ongoing basis. We provide end-user training in the use of their content management system. We have also developed a voucher (promotions) management component for them and worked with them to completely revamp their order catering system for hugely improved customer & staff experience and much greater efficiencies in managing the system. We are currently working on an integration with ECRS' Catapult software to enhance the online experience for Druxy's customers.

Sunstone Yoga

Open Box started working with Sunstone Yoga in 2006 with a large sized custom development project and have since worked with them on a number of projects; both web applications and windows software development. The initial project was a yearlong project to build a signficantly customized version of our Yoga Studio Management Software and was completed on time with all milestones met. We also did a ‘dashboard’ project that was quite a nuanced project with lots of room for confusion and extremely detailed business logic incorporated in the reports developed and that has been very successful in advancing their business goals. We work with Sunstone on a regular basis to improve their internal information systems and architecture.

Outcast Media

Outcast, formerly Fuelcast, brought us in to help them position their company for growth and limit their risks as they had a system where the original source code was not available. At the same time, the web application was hitting its limit in terms of data volumes. Open Box was asked to provide a rapid short term solution to address the lack of source code and back up, and then to develop a new web application with effective and simple to use data import and reporting tools and an improved organization of information.

Aspen Clean

Open Box developed customized reports for Aspen Clean that would allow them to tie their payroll bonuses in to customer satisfaction levels based on jobs, teams assigned to the jobs and customer feedback. We developed a suite of custom reports that allowed them to save time and build their competitive advantage; customer satisfaction.

Mind Longevity Inc.

This web application included a large interactive component, multiple databases for highly personalized assessments and an online store with real-time credit card processing. Open box implemented components for self-assessments with complicated reporting of results, managing multiple categories of users with different levels of access to the site, and a large administrative component.

D.A. Townley & Associates

The project was the creation and implementation of a funds management application (website & database & integration tools) for the Canadian benefits administrator, D.A. Townley & Associates. The website was developed to provide a strong foundation for further development and ease of use for staff to make future visual changes as well. Open Box utilized several software components which allow five different departments to track the flow of funds and invoicing back to multiple clients.
